Ingredients

  • ¾ blender of greens (eg spinach, lettuce, sweet potato leaves, passionfruit leaves, parsley, mint)

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 orange peeled

  • 2 Tablespoons chia whole

  • 4-5 dates

  • ½ tablespoon allspice

  • ½ tablespoon aniseed

  • 3 cm chunk of ginger fresh or frozen

  • water to cover greens

Directions

  • Blend
  • Serve cold, stir before serving
