Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ginger

  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

  • ¼ teaspoon cloves

  • 1 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice

  • 5-6 grinds black pepper

Directions

  • mix a large volume and store
  • add 1 tablespoon of the mix to 1 cup of water and ¼ cup mixed grains and cook
