100g sorghum flour
100g buckwheat flour
100g mixed flours of choice (millet, teff, oat etc)
40g potato flour
3 teaspoons dried yeast
30g psyillum mixed with 450ml water and let thicken
3 handfuls mixed bread seeds (sesame, poppy, sunflower, linseed)
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add psyillum mix and process in food processor.
- Remove from food processor and roll in potato flour.
- Put in bread dish.
- Let rise approx 30 mins
- Bake at 180 degrees 45- 50 mins.
- Let cool
- Slice and freeze.
