Ingredients

  • 100g sorghum flour

  • 100g buckwheat flour

  • 100g mixed flours of choice (millet, teff, oat etc)

  • 40g potato flour

  • 3 teaspoons dried yeast

  • 30g psyillum mixed with 450ml water and let thicken

  • 3 handfuls mixed bread seeds (sesame, poppy, sunflower, linseed)

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Add psyillum mix and process in food processor.
  • Remove from food processor and roll in potato flour. 
  • Put in bread dish.
  • Let rise approx 30 mins
  • Bake at 180 degrees 45- 50 mins.
  • Let cool
  • Slice and freeze.
